These elegant pocket knives are used by the Esk Mountain team for foraging, outdoor cooking & everyday use in cutting, trimming or paring plants, meats, twines & wood. Pressure tested over the last six months since the first prototype was developed, these knives have proven to be very robust & versatile. Legal to carry thanks to the non-locking blade design under 3inches in length.
Each knife comes with its own wooden box for storage when not in use. Boxes made from wood harvested as part of thinning process of the conifer plantations on Esk Mountain, then shaped, sanded, branded & oiled.

Non-locking friction folder design with light detent in open & closed positions.
Blade made from 14c28n heat treated Swedish stainless steel. Available with a satin silver or forge black finish.
Handle available in either Aluminium (Silver in colour) or Brass (Gold in colour) with two nature-themed patterns to choose from inspired by Esk Mountain - Feather or Scale
